Black Sheep Realty was created by Alejandro Szita and Thisbe Ongania to provide excellent specialty service for artists and professionals in need of help with buying or selling a home.

Our agents have over 30 years of combined experience in real estate transactions and have completed over 140 million dollars in successful real estate transactions. Our experience includes the marketing of specialty properties such as homes that include artist studios, ranches, and homes that have a vacation rental component.

We have experience with international clients and transactions, as well as knowledge and experience solving issues with properties that may hinder a sale, including problems with zoning, title, unpermitted structures, liens, ground pollution, and more.

Our team of real estate professionals include researchers, analysts, marketing personnel and professional photographers and videographers.

Thisbe Ongania — CEO

Thisbe Ongania has over 20 years of experience in administration, public relations and marketing. Her keen understanding of organizational flows has enabled her to put together an efficiently functioning team that provide clients with a smooth service experience. She guides our team of real estate professionals during the company’s day-to-day operations and keeps an eye on the future to take advantage of new market opportunities.    



Alejandro Szita — Lead Agent

Alejandro Szita comes from a background of engineering and finance prior to specializing in commercial real estate. A native of Chile, he attended the prestigious Lycée Antoine-de-Saint-Exupéry of the Alliance Française in Santiago before studying civil engineering. Thanks to his background and experiences, he is fluent in both English and Spanish, and proficient in French. He moved to the United States in 1994 and spent five years in finance and private placement investments before transitioning to commercial real estate. He has over 13 years of experience as a commercial real estate agent in Southern California and is familiar with all aspects of commercial transactions, from large institutional purchases to small business leases.
