Over the years, we have developed an efficient process for residential purchases which makes the acquisition of the right home at a great price a smooth and efficient process.

First, our head of Operations will conduct an in-depth interview with you, so that we can find out exactly what you are looking for in a home, and what requirements your new property will have to meet.

Next, we help you get prequalified for the purchase. This means looking at your financials and working with your lender to get an accurate estimation of the loan amount you qualify for. If needed, we will put you in contact with a competent lender, as we have a network of amazing lenders at our disposal. You might be surprised at what you can qualify for!

Once you have been prequalified, our real estate researcher will do an in-depth study of the geographical area you would like to focus on, and we will not stop until we have found you a home that satisfies your requirements.

We will then guide you through all steps of the actual purchasing process, including: making a suitable offer, negotiating the deal, coordinating with your lender, completing the due diligence phase, getting all necessary documents in order and completing the transaction with all requirements properly in place.
